This song and video,
Innovative. Captivating. People and merchandise become very similar in many ways. And I love it.
So I’m bored in class. Well I was already bored, even before sneaking into class late! I like the professor and all but It’s just that I’ve memorized his never ending “first class” speech! It’s always one sided and the girls are empty minded. A couple of summers ago I took a class at UCLA and sadly enough I’m still carrying the side effects… the experience seems difficult to fade with all the “cutting edge” Kuwait university classes to remind me!!! Over there teachers have no titles and students have minds of their own. You could learn from everything… I know it’s not totally fair to compare, many things interfered with my judgment! Like the great weather, the new state of the art building and tools, and getting to know new people with different backgrounds! It was great fun to easily blend in and the diversity was also fun.
But still… I mean come on! It still sucks here.
El 7amdella (lol 3ugob hatha kela)
i know, KU is free and maybe that’s the best they could do… but i don’t think money is an issue for them? i don’t think it’s the issue at all! somethings are just out of plain IGNORANCE! i didn’t go to KU to avoid paying university fees… but i didn’t seem to have options! :/
Star Wars: The Clone Wars.

Movie review / no spoilers.
I assume George Lucas really enjoyed making this one! The stunts he couldn’t pull off in the original movies, well they’re all here! It’s full of action and laser beams. It is obvious that the targeted audience are not only Star Wars fans but also kids and teenagers, there was no scene without verbal exchange and conversations were only intense and constant but not deep at all plus the major new character, Anakin’s Padawan learner Asooka is of young age. The direction is really good and very fast paced, and I’m glad the animation took a different route from Miramax and Disney! It’s more like video games.
Things I liked:
The animation.
The storyline was exciting and it was fun to see what happened between episode 2 and 3 although there was no gaps to fill.
New characters.
Things I disliked:
The soundtrack was not Star Wars like, I mean John Williams compared to Sahara sounds and guitars?
The unnecessary conversations and useless comments.
The imitation of Master Yoda’s accent, he was rushing to talk like if he spoke any slower he won’t get it right.
Bottom line: I enjoyed the movie!
Question: Huts are slow walkers and talkers; they have no special powers other than clearly stinking any place plus they’re fairly unintelligent, I wonder where along the way they got their power and high status?
Comment: I think George Lucas is so wrapped up in his Star Wars world that he couldn’t resist but do more Star Wars. He’s so hung up on it first he does 3 episodes and now this! He couldn’t let go and that’s a good thing for us Star Wars fans! :]
THE SPIRIT.

Frank Miller is the man! I love his work, his pen over papers makes poetry! One of my favorite movies EVER is “Sin City” it’s a mastered piece, great special effects, and a stunning mixture of film noir – strong black and white contrast- and the comic books bright glowy strong definitive colors. “Sin city” and The upcomming movie “The Spirit” are based on comics and when you watch the film believe me it would be as though you’re watching a moving graphic novel!! How GREAT is that! And of course if you’re a comics/fiction/adventure fan you won’t be bored. “The 300″ was ok, i liked the graphics better than the story.
I found this cool countdown on yahoo movies!
STARRING Gabriel Macht, Scarlett Johansson, Eva Mendez, Sarah Paulson, Jaime King, Paz Vega and i hate the fact that Samuel L. Jackson is in the movie! that guy is creepy and he shows up in every other movie, maybe his time is over? him and Morgan Freeman, malaina!!

Whenever this comic is delivered to my house my mother places it on my bed! she knows how excited I get when I see it! <3
“The 99”! The creator is Naif Al Mutawa, a Kuwaiti mastermind.
I’ve always been a fan of comic books and action heroes, so when I heard about this one coming out I was seriously excited and called for subscription and I can assure you it’s worth checking out.
The pencil work is amazing and the storyline works well!
Every other issue a new hero comes to light and each one has different traits and is given the helpful gadgets and also a nickname that merely describes his/her powers.
It’s fun to keep up with a work that has variety, keep you entertained along the way.
I like that many times it’s unpredictable, it takes twists and turns regularly.
Also! I like that it’s universal! Each character comes from a different part of the world! Diversity is always good.
And might I add, it’s suitable for all ages!
